Measure doors, turns, bench load, lid/door movement, stock travel and service space.
Pre-purchase readiness
Laser Workspace & Ventilation Planner
Turn a room idea into a model-specific requirement checklist. Blocking conditions stop the configuration; unknowns stay visible.
Build the site checklist
This is not an airflow or electrical design calculator. It identifies missing decisions before purchase.
Needs confirmation or changes
No numeric safety score is used. Any blocker stops the configuration.
Do not select a breaker or circuit from optical laser watts; confirm published electrical input and local requirements.
Validate the duct, resistance, termination and make-up air against the exact manual and site.
Every run will have a trained operator present.
Only supplier-identified, documented stock will enter the workflow.
Complete the model-specific cleaning, detection, shutdown and extinguisher plan.
The selected planning category is compatible with this space type, subject to the exact manual.
Do not calculate a universal “safe CFM” from room volume. General room air changes are not a substitute for source capture, and a fan’s free-air rating does not prove delivered airflow after duct losses.
How the tool decides
The planner uses Ready to plan, Needs changes and Stop—not a numeric safety score. A missing extraction plan, unknown material, no supervision or uncontrolled open/Class 4 setup is a blocker.
Physical and electrical fields ask whether the exact documentation has been checked. The tool never invents a clearance, breaker size or universal airflow target.
What it cannot prove
- It is not an industrial-hygiene or ventilation design.
- It does not approve electrical circuits or fire protection.
- It cannot verify landlord, insurer, workplace or local-code requirements.
- A filter or enclosure never makes every material acceptable.
